Join us at the Hyatt Regency Orlando (formerly The Peabody) where all of our sessions will be held. Thanks to Casandra Matej at Visit Orlando, the group’s room rate is $299/nt plus applicable taxes and the resort fee. Room block and registration will open Aug 30, 2024.

Arrival for all our participants should be Wednesday January 29th. While we will wrap up our Sessions on Friday at 1pm, you are welcome to stay for the weekend and explore.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 20 minutes from the Hyatt with daily service by Delta, United, American, Frontier, Southwest and many other carriers.
